So after getting my car back from the Saab tech, most of my noises were determined to be from a failing water pump and worn tensioner pulley. I've been able to find some very general instructions online about changing the pump, but what about the tensioner pulley? Does anybody have any helpful advice to offer about the two?

Here's what im using to guide myself through the pump changing process.

Thanks for the links, those pictures gave me a nice idea of what im getting myself into. I dont think any of this is going to be as difficult as I originally thought it was going to be. All of our accessories seem to be fairly accessible.

The water-pump is VERY easy.
