Cold engine starts immediately.
Idles to operating temperature AOK.
Idles in closed loop operating temperature AOK.
Revs to 2000 AOK and holds at 2000 AOK.

Rev to 3000 results in CEL.
Hot engine fires right up.

Can erase CEL via disconnect neg battery and then can get CEL to come back via 3000 revving.

Suspected vacuum issues , but have not found them via spraying brake cleaner and /or WD40 around hoses, nipples, PCV, adaptors that I could find.
New hoses on turbo's 3 vacuum hose dump valve, waste gate .

Leaning toward turbo boost as culprit.
Any guidance ?
