[AJs900Turbo]

There's a set of shims in the C900's transmission that holds the gears/spacers/syncros...that are on the main shaft in position relative to the pinion housing. I am doing a rebuild and mine are shredded, so, they obviously need to be replaced.

So, if anyone knows where I can get some, private seller OR retail, I'd like to know.

Genuinesaab.com part number look up shows the 0.4mm shim (87.03.357) to still be available from Saab. A generic 0.5mm thick 1.325inch ID shim probably could be obtained from ratechmfg.com. A tranny rebuilder like Eriksson in CT (erikssonindustries.com) may also sell shims. If you need a new crush sleeve for older trannies with the two same sized pinion bearings, let me know.
