Hello I wanted to do a visual inspection of the evaperator.
Can this be done without disconnecting the AC lines? If not this part is o ly under the low pressure side is it? Or if I bleed the low pressure side it would be ok to disconnect?

There is some danger in dealing with these high-pressure systems. Your questions reveal that you don't have a lot of experience with A/C systems.
DO NOT try to bleed anything!
There is no point in visually inspecting the system unless there is a problem.
What problem are you trying to address?
