After a month slow restoration (no engine start), my bypass valve started chattering along with the RPM. The more RPM, the more chattering (speed up along with the RPM).No matter I'm standing in the garage and no driving.
No leaks- everything looks perfect. That's a new sound for me. But have to find the reason anyway.
Any help?

Do you mean the APC solenoid? That is the only thing I can think of which chatters. The bypass valve is down by the wastegate. That will make a whining or hooting noise if it goes wrong.

This is the only bypass valve chattering. On idle it speed up along with the RPM. When take out the cable it stops. That is on low RPM mostly. I did not drive the car yet on the road. Could it be anything dirty from the cleaning I did before or what?

chattering solenoid

Mine was doing the same (after rebuild aswell) turned out that it was caused my a dodgy connection, the female sockets on the plug had opened out a bit to much, see if you can stop it by wiggling the connector about/check the wiring.
