My bumper was already looking pretty awful, and I might have to replace a leaking radiator, then my friend side swiped me a little bit and tore it out of place. I put it back because all that happened was a bolt moved through the bumper a little bit by the driver tire, and so all I did was put it back and add a washer, but anyway it's looking pretty ugly these days

My final question is what bumpers are compatible with my '99 9-3 vert? Viggens? I'm assuming everything 9-3 '99 to '03

All of the non-Viggen 9-3 bumpers are the same. The SE bumpers from 2000 to 2003 add a lip spoiler to the bottom, but are otherwise the same as the base model's. Viggen bumpers will fit, but finding an intact one used is nearly impossible, and new ones are close to $1000. There are also a couple hundred dollars worth of other little bits and pieces unique to the Viggen that you'll need to make it complete.
