I borrowed this image, but it looks exactly the same under the engine trim cover of my '03 9-5 2,3 with automatic transmission. In other words, it looks like I am missing a vacuum line. There are no unconnected hoses as far as I am able to gather. Is it supposed to be like this or should I try to find the correct part and install? What am I missing with this line unconnected?

this connector is only used for manual transmission. everything is ok for an automatic transmission.

Seems to catch out quite a few. When I got my current 9-5 a previous owner had shoved the hose from the throttle body in there.
