hey again,

i was wondering, you know on the rotors how there are the those weird nipple things? Its a 10mm socket? Im not sure what the purpose of these things are but im wondering if its dangerous to take them off so i can fit my new rims! My friend with an '87 9000T doesnt have them anymore on his car for some reason...but nothing has happned to his car and its been like that for over a year....any suggestions?

thanks again

I guess you're talking about the wheel-locating pins, one per side. Their secondary job is attaching the rotor to the hub, but there's also a Torx-head screw for this (right across the hub from the pin).

You can remove the pin, and leave it off with no problems.
