I'm going to get my brake fluid bled and refilled as per service recommendation (last time it was done was 2 year ago).
Does any one know what the capacity of the reservoire? would a 1 litre bottle suffice?

Aslo, any recomendation on brands, or does it make any difference? I can get Textar super DOT 4 quite cheap in the local motor factor shops, is that ok you think?

The total capacity of the brake system is 0.58 l. I am not certain tht includes the master cylinder of the hydraulic clutch on the later models.

The reservoir holds 0.24 l, so you can save some time by siphoning the old fluid out of the reservoir at the beginning, and filling it with fresh fluid.

Unless you are in the habit of boiling the brake fluid off on a race track, any DOT 4 fluid will do the job.
