You may want to take a look at it a little bit harder. I messed mine up by hitting a piece of a tire on the highway. Had a buddy do the work, he had a spare aero lip in his garage. He had to plastic weld the little rods that come down to the bottom of the bumper back together. You wouldn't have noticed it until it was off. The lip looked like it was just folded in a little bit, but once we got it off, it was nearly split in three pieces, and a bunch of the rods were snapped off.
Anyway, yeah, any body shop should do it for you. There is a little code under your hood that will have the paint type number. Be warned though, the paint is pretty expensive.
I got lucky that my buddy did it for me, only charged me 250 for new lip, paint and labor.
