Hey there,
I drive a 1987 9000.
So, as winter is approaching, I decided that it was high time to get my heater working. The original symptom was that the blower motor would just not turn on. I suspected that it was the climate control unit and decided to bypass it. I disconnected the wire harness from teh back of the climate control unit and
tried to find which ones I would have to jump to get the fan working. The Haynes manuel was incorrect, so I explored a little and in doing so shorted something. No fuses are blown, but the climate control unit, when plugged back in, does not get power anymore and the air temperature sensor in the dash board does not work anymore. Does anyone have any idea what I might have blown? Or have a wiring schematic for that system that is more detailed than the Hayne's manuel?
Thank you,
