Bjorn Envall tuned engine?

Hi all, I was trawling through some European auction houses and I saw this auction. Its for a Saab 900 engine and gearbox? I think (I'm a newer Saab owner) But it has painted on the head "Bjorn Envall"
Is it a tuned engine? or just someones tribute to the engineer? What do you all think?

Not a Saab 900, but Saab 9000, '85 to '92 but probably '87 to '89 as it has the c900 style valve cover and a distributor.

    I need a glue that will fasten paper to paper, but it needs to be a contact type cement where you can press it down and it sticks - done. There's no good way to clamp these surfaces... I need to press it into place to smooth the irregularities and have it bond as I do. I need a close to instant...
