Today I decided to start up my car again to pinpoint the noise, I noticed that the belt tensioner was bouncing around, so i turned it off and waited for it to cool down then tried to see if i could move it by hand, it didn't budge, could that be where the noise is coming from? Does it lead to more problems internally? (video was posted in this link down below)

No i haven't dropped the pan yet, and will do so so very soon. I took the valve cover off and checked, no sludge at all. I am really hoping its just the belt tensioner, not the engine.

take the belt off then run the car and see if the noise goes away

if it does then start spinning individual pulleys by hand and find the bad one
Thanks for the tip, I would love to run out and try it right now and tell you the results but it's raining out down here.:( Looks like it will have to wait.
