So my rear 2 back windows dont roll down. They kinda do really slow sometimes but impossible to roll up. Is it the motor or?

It makes a grinding noise when I push the window button up or down. Any ideas?

Regulator is shot..

If the regulators are toast but the motors are OK you can replace the regulator itself.

I purchased one after market unit through Amazon ($69)

It is still working after about one year.
