My auto-up feature is not working on my driver's window. The one-touch auto down feature is ok. Is there a way to initialize the window myself or do I have to take the car to the dealer to have them plug the computer in?

See if this works:

1. Shut the doors
2. Start the car.
3. Open the side window about 15 cm.
4. Close the window completely and hold the button for at least 1 second after the window stops.
5. Press down the button and the window will now go down by itself.
6. Wait at least 1 second.
7. Drive the window fully up and hold the button in position until closing is confirmed with a sound signal.

This happened to me last week after i pulled out the door panel to install... After i did the below process now it works( The exact procedure to re-program the windows are on the service manual). It should work after doing this.

would this work on a 2003 linear also? Or did it not come with auto up?
We don't have the correct window motors to allow this.
