Hi.

I'm putting in a 16v oil cooler so I can fit the intercooler in my 8v. Ate the 8v and 16v oil filter housing the same as I notice the hoses that go into the oil filter housing are different but the 16v fits.

Thanks.

The earlier ones have tapered seats and fittings, and the later have o ring fittings, if the ends of the oil cooler lines are all the same then you should be fine. If not then you could always get some oil cooler hose and make the lines using the fittings from the old ones, i had to play mix n match with the fittings when i changed a stock 16v engine oil cooler into my second trans cooler, which seems to be working really well
