This time my passenger side spring broke as i was sitting in a line traffic and there was a bang pulled over took a look and the spring had broken, the drivers side broke 1000's miles before.  Now the question are the springs for the SE turbo different from the springs for the all the other models? as what car said the suspension was different?

The original factory springs were color coded, depending on the model (intended stiffness of the ride), engine size, and other equipment like AC etc. Examples of color codes and part numbers from EPC CD (I may have missed one):

red/red 4483160
yellow/red 4483178
red/white 4483186
white/white 4483194
white/orange 4483202
white/blue 4483210

My SE turbo front springs are white/white, not sure about yours. Only matters if you want to match one exactly (like used from a wrecker), if you replace them in pairs, just go by year and model. Lots of aftermarket spring sets available.
