Amp connectors

I have an MY07 2.0t with the 'premium 150' sound system. I took out my radio/amp and put in a computer with a JL a6450. see here Right now I have wire taps that go into my speaker wires but was wondering if anyone has found an amp bypass harness for the rear. I would like to makei t a bit cleaner. I was planning on chopping them off and replacing them with molex connectors but iv'e had some problems in the past with molex connections. i found the 12 pin tyco connector, but required to order 1600 (a few too many). And havent found anything for the 20 pin connector. I'd imagine its a standard pioneer/gm plug, just cant find it.

Anyone have anything similar?
