I need someone to confirm the wiring on my alternator.;oops:

To the B+ terminal - the High Voltage battery wire

To the D+ terminal - a single spade connector going to the battery warning light

Alternator ground connection (D-) - oh wait, I don't have one:confused:. On the new alternator I bought me and my dad can't find anywhere on it to connect the grounds to:confused::confused:. There should be just three small black ones with connectors plus the mounting bracket ground wire.

The alternator that I bought is this

So, I basically need to know how the heck to hook up the grounds to the stupid thing and if anything is wrong with my wiring. All should be good with the wiring though, as the battery warning light isn't coming on when it's not supposed to anymore:cheesy:.

You should have the original earth wire, goes from the body of the alternator (a nut on one of the threaded rods that run through the body of the alternator) to the oil filter housing. In short as long as it's bolted to the alternator & somewhere on the engine block or body this will surfice!!
