It's simple to fabricate your own open filter intake.

Buy a short 3" extension made from whatever you feel better with. (Mine was metal others have used Samco style hoses). Buy a 3" universal filter with a decent flow rate (K&N are good but expensive, i got a Drift one which is popular with the jap tuners and has almost identical flow rate).

Pull you airbox out and attach the pipe and filter to where the airbox was before. (Don't forget to tighten it up using some of those circular clamps)

Cost = 50 bucks Australian.

Might want to fabricate a splash guard too!

Don't buy anything for these cars off sites like those.

Stick to the main sites in the FAQ's section if you can! ;)
