I have read around to this forum, also to others, about the mod of using a td04 in the place of the stock t25 for my ng900 se. After the td04, what else i have to do with the fuel pressure and the ecu? What is the safe boost pressure i have to go for, knowing that my saab runs 115000 miles?

Unless you get a tune for the ECU the Td04 will yield to deterioration in performance. Ideally you'd get a tune suited for your particular setup. This tune would also utilize the proper boost for your particular setup.
