Ok, so. 2002 9-5 wagon, and the ABS module is dying. But when it's dead, I hit over boost on the turbo (TD04HL by the by), but when the module works, I hit normal boost. I haven't had traction control for a year or so, and I always hit normal boost regardless.

Has this happened to anyone else? Related issues, or do I need to make another offering to the almighty Saab Gods, and fix the module and buy a new Turbo?

I never paid attention to the boost when I had to drive mine (04 auto) with the ABS module out but when I got the new one in there was a noticeable difference in power and consistency of power.

To repair the ABS module - if it's just the electronics (ABS light comes on), then unscrew the fasteners holding the electronic part to the hydraulic part and send the electronic part to BBA-Reman. Real simple without having to open the hydraulic side.
For my '01 9-3, I've had them fix the ABS, the SID, and the ACC. Maybe others. (Throttle body.)
