The last time I was at BBa reman the tech had told me it was a simple solder flow, so similar to the orange relay. He said it would be obvious on the board where the crack would be. Your up for a challenge, tear it appart.

I got the Xmas Tree lights a couple times when driving. I'm guessing that my used replacement controller is starting to go. Might as well have my defunct one repaired to get ready for replacement
