I think my car is not getting rpm signal,measured at pin 1 and 25 no voltage while cranking and fuel pump is not getting activated unless jumped

No, if it has spark the signal from the CPS would likely be fine.... maybe focus on the signal wiring between the DI/APC and LH ECM.

Could it be something with a pressure sensor,i dont think it has the overboost sensor but it does have something that looks like a map sensor

I don't think so... the fuel system is run by LH Jetronic ... 2.4 or 2.4.2 depending on year. The DI/APC system only handles boost and ignition. I don't think there is any interaction between DI/APC and the fuel pump. The pressure sensor (may be MAP, I don't know) only tells DI/APC about charging pressure. The fuel system relies on the MAF to infer that information.

Not at home, no. You need some specialized electronics. If the car is running a scan tool can tell you some things. A bad MAF will not prevent the fuel pump from running.
