There are tons of posts about the various mods, including a couple of FAQs that might help.

Start with "suspension" "6-pt subframe brace" "ARB" and "MBC"

I would go for air filter, suspension, exhaust, brakes to start with and then intercooler and ecu ,in fact first things first steering rack clamp that has to be one of the most important things on the list makes a huge difference.:D

stick as much carbon fiber as possible on the car as if it were diamonds. If you replace your interior trim and door trim with CF you will shave off at least 33 grams and go that much faster.

I wouldn't neccesarily go with a steering rack clamp as a must. The 95 came with the larger rack, thus less bushing material. My car doesn't have the torque steer the later units got.

The downside is the front suspension.

Buy a nice Rear Sway bar, then get a 3 inch downpipe. No need for a cat on it as yours is a 95, unless you feel the need.

A cone filter intake, and manual boost controller are other fun and inexpensive mods.
