I bought a car from France but it looks like even if engine is turning I have no power on fuel pump. I can short the pump and it works.

Can you provide me with any suggestions how to disarm the immo?

Perhaps the CPS.
Crank position sensor.
Assuming all the fuses are good.
If the car is turning over,but the cps does not give a signal the pump wont run.

Is the pump quiet or noisy?

None of my Saab 9000s had immo.
