I was wondering if 900 coupe doors will fit on a 99?

Yup, they bolt straight on. You get the funny mirrors though

has anybody done away with the "funny mirrors" and drilled holes in the 900 doors to mount the original 99 mirrors? Awesome to know this as I have a pair of rust free doors, just incase I need them for my 99. I could even have power windows

And the age of the donor 900 But Chips is in the US where they didn't get the later 99's

I think people have done the mod, you have to remove the triangle of metal and change over the glass and seals etc.

One of the doors on my GL is a 900 one which has had holes drilled for the mirror (I had to enlarge the middle hole to make the mirror fit better).
I didnt fit it though - a previous owner did. Its got a normal 99 old style window in it.
I Like it because when i get round to fitting central locking the holes for the actuator are in the right place
