I figured out the rough start issue. The refurbished "genuine" deka injectors were not genuine. flow rate was higher than spec on the test sheet they provided and they only had one spray nozzle... 
I would return them immediately but they are still in the car in SD.
Due to my plan (driving the saab back to CO with a tiny trailer in tow), my risk tolerance is low. So, I have decided to sell the original 60lb genuine injectors with new adapters and buy new ones from ballenger motorsports. The fake refurbished injectors will be returned to ebay when I get them out of the car.
I have also bought a new DIC and MAF from eSaabParts and a couple other bits to have as spares.
