I have been scouring the interwebs for an explanation of how to get into the rear door panel to access my window regulator for replacement. When I removed the door I noticed a few rivets preventing me from getting in. In addition, even if I removed the rivets how the hell would I even get it as it seems like a single piece of metal. I’ve done these repairs on my BMW’s and various Japanese cars but have never come across a window I can’t access. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Vehicle is a 2003 9-5 Aero.

Yes I can hear the motor whirring for maybe a second then it makes a powering down type of noise. After that it stops responding for maybe 20 minutes then does the same thing again. I just replaced the green rollers in the front windows and that was an easy fix. I’d rather just replace the whole thing anyway.
