A titan grey 9-3 Aero 2.8T V6 blew by me on I-495 S this AM going around 90 mph, was it anyone here? :D

The sound from the exhaust was ridiculously loud, but the car looked 100% stock. Is this normal?

definitely wasn't me.....but I know the V6 exhaust note is audibly louder than the 4 cylinder single exhaust variants. However, if it was that loud as it passed by you, they must have removed the resonator, or something like that.

yep, if it was loud, its could be the 2nd CAT that was taken out too.

Usually its a stealthy quiet lethal attack craft!

He was under heavy acceleration I watched him climb from 75 - 90 MPH + in 5 seconds. Might have to get me a V6 in the future :D

I drive a V6 and it is definitely one of the loudest exhaust notes on a production car of its class. I was very surprised and pleased the first time I drove mine. It’s a really deep sound too. Under acceleration it’s absolutely great and almost silent at highway speeds. I would like to shake the hand of the engineer that tuned it.
