So my compressor bit the dust and I bought a boneyard compressor to replace it. My question is how much oil do I need to add to the used compressor? I have no idea if there is oil in it
Dump out the old oil and add 50ml of PAG oil. As long as you have the system open its a good idea to replace the receiver/dryer. That requires an additional 30ml of oil to be added. So, 80ml of PAG for both.
