My 2004 9-3 linear is ticking close to 45k miles with the SID indicating about 9%oil life left so I will be making an appointment for service.

A few questions.

Is this considered the "intermediate service"?

What exactly is done at 45k?

Expected price?

The only warrenty issue I have is the front end creakiness with cold weather. Are they likely to fix it if the temp is over 40 and they can't hear it?

Thanks in advance.

I believe 30k is the intermediate service. Assuming that was done you shouldn't need much more than an oil change and the checking of fluids, all of which you can do yourself. Good luck on the creaking fix. Most of us have it. Poor suspension design. If they do fix it let us know how they did it.
