hey everyone,

i was wondering, i got a set of used rims and tires for really cheap and i they are 215/40R17, now, i ran into problems trying to find wheel lugs for them , which i finally got, 100$ later, then now i went to go put them on, and the little stubby thing that keeps the rotors on, is in the way, and the new rims dont have a hole for that stub. Also, i think they are too wide and are going to rub, so im thinking spacers....any ideas?

some pics....they are kinda nice, but its not the best looking thing out there...but they were cheap...i alos have a quickly done photshoped picture...just an idead of what it will look like.

what are minilites? and i think thats what im going to do! but i for sure need some spacers...the wheel is rubbing already just before its even touching the hub!!

Wouldn't it be a better idea to just buy a wheel that actually fits?

I know, but removing bits to force a wheel to fit just doesn't sound too clever. And spacers is another thing I'm a bit wary of - I'm not convinced they are as secure as the original wheel fitting.
