Hey ive got fault code b0103 which is lighting up my srs lamp, I know it relates to the right-side collision sensor, ive switched out the sensor, cleaned the connectors and checked the wiring a bit back and it looks good. The code keeps returning, anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

Hi and welcome.
You have worked with wrong sensor.
B0103 (00) means right FRONTAL sensor issue.
Sorry should have clarified, it is the frontal sensor i have worked on, not the right side one!

So you have bad wiring between SRS box and sensor or bad SRS box.

Thank you for your respone Mimmi, Okey, im planing on checking the connectors to the airbag control module later today, is there anywhere else that could be the "usual" culprit in terms of whiring? The car is a petrol 1.8t
I have repaired 2 frontal sensor issues which both had bad wiring close to sensors.
I opened wiring loom, cut wires and solder new wires (with glued heat shrink tube) and crimped new pins (and seals) to connector housings.

Okay ive left the battery disconnected since yesterday, will do a more thorough check of the wiring if i dont have any luck with the ACM connectors. Thanks for the help!
You need to access ACM connector if you want to check wiring between it and frontal sensor.
