Thank you for your respone Mimmi, Okey, im planing on checking the connectors to the airbag control module later today, is there anywhere else that could be the "usual" culprit in terms of whiring? The car is a petrol 1.8tSo you have bad wiring between SRS box and sensor or bad SRS box.
Okay ive left the battery disconnected since yesterday, will do a more thorough check of the wiring if i dont have any luck with the ACM connectors. Thanks for the help!I have repaired 2 frontal sensor issues which both had bad wiring close to sensors.
I opened wiring loom, cut wires and solder new wires (with glued heat shrink tube) and crimped new pins (and seals) to connector housings.
DISCONNECT BATTERY PRIOR DOING AIRBAG JOBS!
