2006 9-5 programming the garage door - HELP

I am unable to program my my garage door opener to the assigned button on the rear view mirror. Yes, I have followed the directions in the owners manual.

What should I do?

I would repost this in the right forum, that's what. :p

Jokes aside, you'll definitely have better luck in the OG 9-5 forum, as this one is for '10-up.
