NEWBIE to the forum!

I have an 06 Saab 9-3 aero. 6/turbo. Air conditioner worked fine until about 2 days ago. Now it blows nothing but hot air. All fuses/relay have been checked, fan motors still running and working. Went to fill the low side with r134a and its showing about 160psi in the red! I have went through everything I can. Fans, belts, relay. Any help would be appreciated. My check engine light came on a week ago, I took it and had it hooked to diagnostic for them to tell me I had a bag plug number 2. I then took it an import specialist and he stated the plug itself was good. It may be a bad injector. He checked the coil, it was good. The car at idle will sometimes jump/surge in the engine, but not always. I do not think this would have anything to do with the air, but I have no clue. A day after I had it checked, the air went out. It still blows but ITS ALL HOT AIR! Is this a compressor problem with it reading about 160psi or what?? Thank you

Unless you have a tech 2 its hard to get accurate code reads on saabs. My tech 2 has a much larger code library specifically for saabs than most obdII scanners that shops use. You may have other codes that haven't been read yet due to this. If your Freon level is very low, you probably have a leak somewhere I would assume if you haven't already checked that with a shop.

Also, check to see if your compressor is running when you switch on your AC. If that's the case there are a number of issues that could cause it to not run.
