So I have this Saab from auction that I'm trying to get working. Didnt have a key so I sent the CIM off to get one. Key came but the car doesnt turn over or acknowledge that the key is in the car. Key will not turn in the ignition. Unlocks doors and trunk tho. So, I then got a Tech2 and pulled up the listed DTC's. I have no idea where to start or what they exactly mean. Google has been no help either. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Also, no info on the SID either....at all....

Check wire between CIM pin 24 and SCL pin 3.

Check u have a good battery first of all, then erase the codes ..

It's a new battery, fully charged, have already erased the codes multiple times. They all come back.

Check the wiring mentioned above, and check fuses in the dashboard, there is a actually a specific fuse i want u to check but cant remember which one exactly and don't have access to service data at the moment .
