I'm looking to upgrades my speakers because the stock ones are poop. I have the 7 speaker setup.

I want to upgrade the dash speakers to these:

and the door speakers to these:

I hear the ones in the back are bad regardless so i want to put in a sub but i'm not sure which equipment to buy. I've read that I need an LOC for the amp under the drivers seat but does anyone have a diagram for this? What setup do you guys have? Anything helps!

The dash speakers you list are probably OK but the door speakers are most likely not the best choice as a three way speaker is pointless in that location with the factory system due to the way the sonic range is spread out to different speaker locations. Also the factory unit is 2 ohm and the ones you have listed for doors is 4 ohm.

There are plenty of threads on speaker replacements. Try looking through the stickies at top of this sub forum.

I recommend these for the dash:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Boston-acoustic-s35-3-1-2-speakers-/251765081355?pt=Car_Speakers&hash=item3a9e5e450b

These using just the woofer:

The back ones do fill out the sound. I would go with used 4" Boston Acoustics. They are not in the mobile business anymore so they will not be easy to track down.

The system is difficult to get the sound that you want but it can be done. Below is a graph that will help:

The woofer is easy i spliced the back speakers into my converter works fine don't go through the long process under messing with the amp use the left speaker for left right speaker for right the wires are marked positive and negative. and use a Scosche LOC80

I used a powered JBL GT works great for the car.
