The injectors are held in by a fuel rail, which is bolted to the manifold with two 10mm bolts.
Disconnect the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator, you'll need to either move or disconnect some other vacuum hoses, and push aside some other stuff.
disconnect all of the wires for the injectors. There is a small metal wire that wraps around the connector and on one side you can push it "in" toward the body of the connector to release the wire. They just snap back on
unbolt the two 10mm bolts that hold the fuel rail in
gently work the entire fuel rail, with injectors, out of the manifold. they are sealed with o-rings so it'll take a little bit of effort and then work the entire assembly around and through the wires/hoses/etc
