2000 Saab 9-3 2.0T Trouble starting and turbo over-working

Hello,
My 2000 Saab 9-3 2.0T has trouble starting and running when I have my MAF sensor plugged in. When I unplug it, the car runs perfectly fine. I have already installed a new MAF sensor and also replaced vacuum lines. What else could it be? All help is appreciated!
