Hello,
My 2000 Saab 9-3 2.0T has trouble starting and running when I have my MAF sensor plugged in. When I unplug it, the car runs perfectly fine. I have already installed a new MAF sensor and also replaced vacuum lines. What else could it be? All help is appreciated!

Smoke test or pressure test the intake. Also could be bad new maf or many different things but air leak is more suspected . What do you mean "turbo over-working"?

When the MAF Sensor is plugged in the turbo will work up into the orange and red under normal driving conditions
