The title says it all, I have P1925 and a P0705 code. The first indicates no power/communication to the ABS module, and the second indicates a neutral safety switch?

I have a check engine light, a TCS off light, an ABS light, a brake! light, and a check transmission light. Speedo comes and goes, as do the lights.

Not sure how the later P0705 code comes into play with the ABS module, or if its just a coincidence?

Am I safe to get this abs module rebuilt or could it been a speed sensor or a wheel sensor?

Thanks guys for your help!

Your P0705 code is probably a coincidence, I have a P1925 code, still to get to the bottom of it, even Tech II gives no communication on ABS/TCS BUS no, indication that a wheel sensor is at fault, but I will check readings to make sure no open circuit/closed circuit. General concensus is that P1925 code = New ABS module, I have a 2nd hand one to collect and try to see if this cures the problem. Of more concern is my P0455 (serious leak in EVAP system) as it now seems to be affecting th running of the car.
I will let you know how the ABS replacment goes, as my local Saab garage says unusual for ABS unit to go on a 95, but the forum says otherwise

Good luck

went to fit a unit off a 95 non Aero model, and it turns out that they are not the same. Far more control rods on my ABS unit, so next option is to get my unit rebuilt and see if that cures the fault
