I have a 1999 Saab 9-3 SE BCB Stage 2 and when I first got the tune in July of 2019 I ran just about 15 psi which is 5 more than the stock 10 but several months later it dropped back down to 10 psi and now just today it is maxing out at 5-6 psi and a significant power decrease. Is my turbo wearing out? If anyone could help that would be great!

Unlikely to be the turbo. More likely an intake leak, engine management issue (MAP, ECT, IAT, etc.), or an ignition problem.
