Excellent writeup and great pictures. I think it should be added to the Saab Wiki. I replaced mine a few years ago and learned many lessons the hard way. Something like this would have been beneficial to me at that time.

I sent it to the mods for review. If they like it they'll sticky it. I also sent it to Mister Bean for possible inclusion to the Saabwiki project.

Thank you, its now a favorite.
Maybe I can add to it when I finally do my WP. These units, when babied with "lubricated coolant" do last longer than ever.
And the new low silicates anti-freeze solution should improve the WP life even more.
