She's my daily driver. No undue stress. I have ceramic pads now that need replacement, but I do not recall which I bought previously

Once you get to eBay bargain brands, you pay your money and you take your chances.

You also do get what you pay for.

Akebono Euro Premium pads will last you the rest of the car's life. I would expect any other good quality ceramic brand to do nearly as well.

The pictured pads in the ad aren't even pads for Saab.

Went through my saved files. I did buy EBC , but maybe they no longer carry for my Saab. I sent an email, but only 2 years and 7 months which for me is ~ 10K miles. Shouldn't ceramic provide much longer life?

Yes, ceramic pads should last longer than 10K miles, but Greenstuff pads aren't ceramic, from what I can tell. For a daily driver, I think you'd be better served by Akebono or Bosch QuietCast ceramic pads.
