Whats up Saab'Ns flyers! I have a question I have a 99 Saab convertible 9-3 and I'm trying to put the 6-speed from An 03 9-3 in it. will it even work? I can pick this 6 speed up for dirt cheap out of a wrecked Saab so I was hoping someone would know if its compatible? Along with the turbo swap is it possible?

Is the '03 9-3 an older style convertible? If not, no, you can't swap transmissions. FWIW you want the OG 9-3 forum, not this one.

No factory 6 speed will fit in your OG9-3, completely different setup. Sorry.
