    Hey I have a 96' 9000 CSE;ol; with a dead speedo:nono;, i have done some tests and... the nylon gear in the tranny must be broken. spinning the gear ( by hand )that goes from the transducer to the tranny registers on the board.. i read another post on here which vaguely, me not being very adept...
