Hi. Maybe I'm losing it, but I thought a 9-3 had one or the other of these, but not both. Can someone explain what they do? One is on the plastic intercooler tube, and the other is on the intake manifold. Do they ever go bad? Just want my Viggen to have what it needs before all the parts for it...
