    My intermittent wipers do not work. Slow and fast work fine. Washer cleaner works fine. The wipers always return to park. The slide button on the control stalk does nothing. It has a low,mid and high or 1,2,3 position on it, but doesnt do anything no matter where i put the slide. IE: no delay...
