Does anyone have experience with good vs. bad clutch cables?
I've tried a Pioneer manually adjusting and a ProParts Sweden auto-adjust cable. Neither worked in my 1995 Saab ng900s
The Pioneer kinked in two places within an hour of installing.
The ProParts, I could push the adjustment barrel...
My Dad also had a Saab with a stick shift and I remember him complaining about having to constantly replace the clutch cable.
So when I bought my own Saab with a stick (runs in the genes?), and the clutch cable failed, it came as no surprise.
The problematic part was not the cable...
